A full cleanout is the job most people are dreading when they call us. A parent has passed, a tenant has gone, a closing date is looming. You do not want an hourly crew wandering the house deciding what counts as a load. You want a number and a date.

That is what we give you. Text photos of the rooms and your town, and within 24 hours you have a flat, all-in quote — labor, loading, hauling, and disposal in one figure. We bring the trailer, work room by room, and you pay after, only when it is done.

Priced by volume, not by the hour

Most cleanouts land between a half trailer ($425) and a full trailer ($650), with very large estates running more than one load. A pickup-truck load is $250 and a handful of items is $90. Stairs, heavy material, and tight access adjust the number, and we tell you that up front rather than after.

Every quote carries about a 15% margin until we see the job in person, so the price you get from photos is the price you can plan around. No hourly meter, no surprise dump fees.

Estates handled with some care

Clearing a late parent’s house is not the same job as emptying a foreclosure, and we do not treat it like one. We set aside anything that looks like it matters — photos, documents, keepsakes — and check before it goes. Where it all ends up

Usable furniture and goods go to local charities — Goodwill, Savers, Habitat ReStore. Metal and electronics go to licensed recyclers. Only true waste heads to the transfer station. On a cleanout that often means a large share of the house stays out of the landfill, and we can tell you roughly how much did.
